On the occasion of #mdw25, Caleido inaugurated the Caleido Social Hotel: a concept hotel located at Via Solferino 14 (Brera Design District), where five Italian design companies present a curated selection of furniture (Sitia, Codutti, and Opificio) and accessories (Olev lamps and Matteo Pala rugs), showcased within the “social areas” of a concept hotel. An Instagrammable space with an analogue vibe, curated by the magazine Caleido Diary and designed by MM Company, which reflects on the contemporary role of hotels: places for conviviality, networking, remote working, and social interaction.
MM Company curated the project, also taking care of the interiors, brand identity, and production. For the occasion, we teamed up with Studio Auriga to create the staff uniforms. We also thank the other partners involved in the project:
